1. Shipping Availability
We offer free shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey.
Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Please note we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
2. Order Handling Time
Generally, orders are dispatched within 2 working days after payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
3. Shipping Time
Packages are expected to arrive within 3-7 days of shipment, but sometimes it may be delayed by weather/ high-peak season or any other reasons, please allow additional days in transit for delivery, we don't guarantee actual delivery time.
4. Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with the tracking information. If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
5. Wrong Shipping Address
Customers must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful for reasons such as refusal, invalid address, or lack of signature, resulting in reshipment or cancellation, you will be responsible for the additional handling and shipping fees that might occur.
6. Wrong or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong or damaged items on your order, please take clear pictures of the situation and contact us through email: customer@sinkple.com within 2 days. We will conduct an investigation and make every reasonable effort to assist you in solving the problem.
7. Package Lost During Shipping
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate if it is confirmed that the package is lost, we will immediately arrange for a replacement.
