We recommend measuring yourself prior to ordering to ensure you get the fit that's best for you. Our customer service will also be happy to assist you with the sizing or installation-related questions you may have.  

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after you make the payment.  The refunded amount will appear back in the original method of payment within 5 business days. 

2. Exchange & Return

We offer a 30-day exchange/return, which means you can request an exchange/ return within 30 days after receipt. 

How to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Send an email to customer@sinkple.com that includes your order number and share the reason for your exchange/return. 
  2. We will deal with your request within 24 hours on working days.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will gladly offer you an exchange/ refund.

Few things you might need to know before exchanging or returning.

  1. Our products do not with an Australian watermark, customers should be aware of this before purchasing. We don't accept returns for this if occurs.
  2. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs if the problem is not caused by the quality of the product.
  3. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  4. Products that have been obviously installed or assembled are not accepted for exchange or return.
  5. We don't accept returns for inappropriate dimensions.
  6. For returns and exchanges of clearance products, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

    3. Refund

    Once your return package is delivered and inspected by the warehouse, please allow us 48 hours to issue you a refund.

    The refunded amount will appear back in the original method of payment within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    4. Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your package upon reception and contact us at customer@sinkple.com in 48 hours if the item is damaged or defective or if you received the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and make it right.

    5. Warranty

    We offer a lifetime warranty on all orders.  To initiate the warranty process, you must contact and inform the customer service of Sinkple. We may request you to show the proof of purchase and the most detailed description possible about the issue and photo and/or video materials if possible.

    Sinkple will work with you on the problem with your product(s) to identify potential resolutions. Depending on your situation, possible remedies may be, we guide you to perform simple fixes by yourself, we will instruct you regarding the procedure. The defective component will be replaced with another original component or with another equivalent component.

    In certain circumstances, the warranty may not be applicable or void, such as (but not limited to):

    • Did not follow the installation instructions to install the sink
    • Consequences due to improper use/lack of maintenance
    • Overdue maintenance, or extreme calcification or heavy pollution caused by external factors
    • Normal wear and tear as well as scratches or accidental damage
